I tried to get a file from the File Manger, but it asked me to login. What's up with that?

Well, there was some concern about some of these files... perhaps they shouldn't be viewable or downloadable by just anybody. Perhaps they should be for TCRC members only.
Each TCRC member's database record has a 4-digit PIN. This PIN has often been printed on the member's newsletter address label. So when you get prompted for a login name and password, use your callsign in ALL CAPS as your login name, and use your 4-digit PIN as the password. That should do it for ya.
